Phase 1 Clone Trooper Helmet - DIY
The iconic helmet of the standard Phase 1 Clone Trooper used during The Clone Wars. This helmet came into service at the beginning of the Clone Wars
A new finished variant is available in 3 colors: White, Blue, and Red. These are hand painted by our skilled artists from our ultra durable casted variety. They are trimmed to fit up to a 24" head and include a shaded black visor.
This helmet will be shipped in 4 pieces:
Main Body
Dome
Mouth Greeblie
Visor cutout template
Included is a template for the visor. Simply trace around the template and cut out your visor. Grips on the inside of the helmet help hold the visor in place without the need for glue.
A Commander variation can be included which adds the Visor, 2 antenna pieces, and the optic
This is a life-size replica helmet, meaning it can fit most adult male heads. If you believe your head to be in the top 5% as far as size goes, I can make arrangements to scale the helmet a bit larger.
Casted helmets are now available as an alternative to the 3D Prints. These helmets come pre-smoothed and are made in a durable resin, and are ready for painting! Casted helmets are shipped as a single helmet piece with separated mouth greeblie.
Expected processing time is 2-4 weeks but may vary depending on level of demand.
